The cooking grate is compatible with GBS inserts and is hinged for easy access to add charcoal while grilling. There are also tool hooks for hanging grilling utensils such as spatulas and tongs. The grill features an aluminized steel One-Touch cleaning system for quick and efficient cleaning after use.
Additionally, the Performer charcoal grill comes with a built-in lid thermometer that displays the internal temperature of the grill, allowing you to monitor your cooking with ease. For assembly instructions, a 3D interactive guide is available through the free BILT app.
